Method
1. Preheat oven to 425 ºF. Cut King Oyster mushrooms 3 cm in length. Slightly scoop out some of the insides of the mushrooms.
2. Finely chop the bacon, green onion, and onion. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and fry the bacon and onions.
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Set is aside in a small bowl. add bread crumbs and parley and mix together.
3. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and top it with mozzarella cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
4. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
