King Oyster mushrooms
1. Cut King Oyster mushrooms lengthwise about 1/4 inch thick and sprinkle with a little salt.
2. Trim stems of ENoki mushrooms and separate it into small bundles.
3. In a hot skillet, melt some butter. Sauté King Oyster mushrooms until light brown.
4. Transfer King Oyster to plate, wipe out the pan and sauté Enoki mushrooms for 10 to 20 seconds while stirring.
