Enoki mushrooms have tender and delicate cap with the long thin stems.
They are pleasantly crispy with mild fruity flavor and sweet taste.
They are usually sold in cluster.

Cooking Suggestions

Just lightly rinse and trim off the lower portion off the cluster.
Best served in salads or soups.
Excellent for egg omelet, risottos, tempura or stir fry.
Add Enoki just before serving.
