From Humble Beginnings to Canada's Premier Organic Mushroom Farm

From Humble Beginnings to Canada's Premier Organic Mushroom Farm

Our journey started with a love for fresh, sustainable food and a vision to redefine how mushrooms are grown. At Enviro Mushroom Farm, we blend cutting-edge technology with traditional farming wisdom to cultivate the highest-quality specialty mushrooms.

Our Story

Our Story

2004

New Beginning

In 2004, the farm relocated to Burlington, Ontario, expanding into a 250,000-square-foot facility equipped with state-of-the-art growing and processing technologies.

2000

The Beginning

Enviro Mushroom Farm was founded on February 22, 2000,
in Dundas, Ontario, by a group of four Korean immigrants led by Yun Joon (Ben) Park.

With no prior experience in agriculture, they embarked on
a journey to cultivate specialty mushrooms in Canada.
Despite initial challenges, including limited resources and unfamiliarity with local conditions, their determination led to the successful establishment of the farm.

Today

Our journey continues

Today, Enviro Mushroom Farm produces over 3.5 million pounds of certified organic specialty mushrooms annually, including King Oyster, Enoki, and Black Oyster varieties.

Our mushrooms are cultivated using sterilized organic culture media, purified water, and HEPA-filtered air, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
